The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

We hope that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return any portion of your order, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. We are happy to refund the full purchase price, excluding the cost of shipping, of any full-priced item returned in its original condition. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
In order to initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
within 30 days of receiving your order and request a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please put RETURN or EXCHANGE in the subject line and note your Invoice Number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange in the body of your email.
Once you have received your RAN, print the email and include it within your return/exchange package.
Please note: Returns/exchanges that have not been issued a RAN will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Return packages received past the 30-day timeframe are accepted at our sole discretion and are eligible for store credit only.

We strongly recommend you use a secure method of delivery and insure your return/exchange package. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. We reserve the right to not accept any returns or exchanges that are not in their original condition. In the event that your return or exchange is not accepted, your package will be returned to you and you will be responsible for all related shipping costs.
Please note that the return costs will not be reimbursed. Postage or other return costs are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will be reimbursed only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
